Established since

2004 to
Our farm comprises several livestock-rearing activities, namely
- a herd of Alpine and Alpine-Saneen or Pyrenean crossbreed goats, with all milk processed into cheese on the farm immediately after milking,
- a flock of suckler ewes (for meat) of various breeds to ensure optimal hardiness,
- a herd of Galloway and dairy cows, including Galloway bulls,
- a herd of black Gascon Corse pigs.

We produce our own hay and some of our cereals on the farm in Saint Salvy de la Balme, as well as on some land we own in Puylaurens… When we need to source additional cereals, we buy them from local, organic producers!
All our herds are reared outdoors with free access to their shelters (known as free-stall housing), to ensure they have the best possible quality of life!
