The Moulin des Sittelles welcomes choirs, orchestras, various groups and tourists who want to enjoy the magnificent setting of the medieval village of Burlats.
The reception centre, located 8km from Castres, has 94 beds, a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 activity rooms, 2 dining rooms and an outdoor area overlooking the granite landscape of the Sidobre and the River Agout.
Choirs & orchestras
Rehearsals can take place in the music room (82 m2) or in the foyer communal if you are numerous (110 m2). In both cases, a digital piano is at your disposal. You can also call on us for recording projects.
Events & Seminars
Our accommodation packages are suitable for all types of events, whether managed by the hotel or on a self-catering basis.
The Moulin des Sitelles has a wide range of facilities available for large groups or weddings. Large halls can be hired in the commune of Burlats:
the Salle de la Papeterie, located 3km from the Moulin des Sittelles, with a capacity of 370 people. For further information
the Domaine de la Laugerie events room, located 8 km from the Moulin des Sittelles, with a capacity of 120 people for a sit-down meal.
Tourism & Family reunions
Hikers, cyclists, visitors to Tarn sites... in a club, with family or friends.
Full-board, half-board or overnight stay + breakfast options are available. An evening with a singing pianist or a traditional music group is possible.
You can ask for the centre to be rented on a self-catering basis. The self-catering price includes the use of the rooms, foyer, multi-purpose room, dining rooms and kitchen, including crockery and equipment.
La Papeterie, 3 km away, can be hired by the Burlats municipality as a venue for performances. This hall can accommodate 350 people. It has a stage but no sound or lighting control.
Leisure centres
We welcome Leisure Centres for several days in hotel management or simply for the day.
We offer several workshops (see below). Hourly rate for up to 28 children + €20 association membership.
We are also at your disposal to prepare and inform your leaders of any possible independent outings.
Full-board or half-board accommodation, with the option of packed lunches.

This option includes use of the kitchen, crockery, dining rooms, foyer, vaulted hall and bedrooms. Payment by holiday voucher accepted. The premises and surroundings will be returned in the same condition as on arrival.
