This tour takes you through every stage of granite processing, from the quarry to
the processing workshop. A short film, ‘Sidobre, the World of Granite’, followed by the handover of equipment, then
on to France’s largest granite quarry to discover the extraction techniques.
The tour ends with a visit to a processing workshop, where you’ll see the journey from rock to finished product, before returning to
the Maison du Sidobre to hand back the equipment.
Lunch:
A hearty meal at the Auberge du Tilleul to savour the house speciality, poule au pot. (Set menu: soup + starter + main course + cheese + dessert + coffee)

‘Land of Legends’ tour (short loop) – duration approx. 2 hours 45 minutes
Discover Sidobre, this mysterious land of granite giants and their legends.
