Atelier Missegle has specialised in knitting items from natural fibres for nearly 40 years. The workshop, which is open to visitors, offers a unique selection of socks made from mohair, merino wool, organic Scottish yarn, yak down or Seacell. This is where you can buy the world’s most durable socks!
They also knit woollen jumpers, scarves, gloves, mittens, hats, throws, blankets and more. You’ll find exceptional fibres such as mohair, yak, camel, linen, hemp and merino...
Atelier Missegle has held the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label since 2016, thanks to its exceptional, carefully preserved craftsmanship.
Direct sales in our workshop shop from Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Guided tour of the workshop:
January to August: free tour on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10.30am – by booking (groups on quotation).
September to November: free tour on Thursdays at 10.30 am – booking required (groups on request).
December: no studio tours during this period.
Children’s workshop:
During all Zone C school holidays except the Christmas holidays – €10 per child – booking required.
