On this short walk, you’ll discover the village of Lacaze and its rich heritage. You’ll be charmed by its Renaissance castle, listed as a historic monument and converted into a cultural exhibition centre (exhibitions from April to October), as well as by its 17th-century fountain. Leaving the village, the route takes you into the forest, where you can follow tracks and sunken paths to reach the hamlet of La Bessède, which overlooks the valley. Whether you’re going up or down, enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
