Une place de parking réservée se situe devant le site. Le bâtiment est totalement accessible, douche et toilettes adaptées.
Pas de boucle magnétique disponible à l'accueil. Il est possible de réserver l'heure de bien-être par mail ou directement sur la plateforme de réservation. Le personnel d'accueil ne parle pas la LSF mais pourra donner les informations par écrit. Les consignes d'utilisation de l'espace bien-être sont affichées sur des panneaux au niveau de chaque activité.
