Located in Le Bez, within the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the gîte offers easy access to the Sidobre area, renowned for its unique granite landscapes and charming villages. You can quickly reach its famous rock formations, such as Peyro Clabado and Roc de l’Oie, remarkable natural curiosities appreciated by families and photography enthusiasts alike. Just a few minutes away, Brassac boasts a lively atmosphere with its medieval bridge, summer events and local shops. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy mushroom picking, mountain bike trails, as well as the many sporting and cultural events that animate the Agout Valley.
On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living area features a fireplace, television, piano and library, extended by a dining room with a large table. The separate kitchen is generous in size and very well equipped, notably with a range cooker. A first bedroom (180x200 bed, convertible into twin beds) with private shower room is accessible from the living area, ideal for single-level access. A laundry room, separate WC and an additional shower room dedicated to spa users complete this level.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two shower rooms with WC allow everyone to enjoy their own space:
- Pink bedroom: two 90x200 beds (can be joined) + one 90x200 bed
- Green bedroom: one 180x200 bed (convertible)
- Yellow bedroom: one 160x200 bed + two 90x200 beds
An annex accessible from the outside or via the terrace offers a second fully equipped living area (lounge, television, jukebox, table football, kitchenette), as well as a family bedroom (one 180x200 bed + one 90x200 bunk bed) with private shower room, ideal for greater independence or hosting a small seminar.
The outdoor spaces include a vast 2-hectare wooded park, a shaded terrace near the bread oven, a heated swim spa usable all year round, a sauna and a pétanque court.
