A charming 130 m² holiday cottage (semi-detached on one side) for 6 people in a quiet hamlet, just a 1-minute drive from Saint Pierre de Trivisy in the Tarn, within the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park.
- Ground floor: fitted kitchen, lounge/living room with open fireplace, shower room, toilet. A 16m² conservatory at the rear with a relaxation area and a multi-game table (table football, snooker, table tennis), opening onto the enclosed garden (1,500m²), a terrace with a view, and a barbecue.
- Upstairs: traditional bedroom (1 x 140 bed), alcove bedroom (1 x 140 bed in an alcove and 1 x 90 bunk bed). Private parking.
Comfort-range disposable bed linen and towels available for hire.
Optional cleaning service: 50 euros.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival, at the current rate.
Security deposit required.
