La Prunelière - Le petit bois

Nestled in the heart of the Tarn mountains, between Brassac and Anglès, this spacious gîte welcomes you to a pristine environment at an altitude of 600 meters. Here, nature reigns supreme: deep forests, steep-sided valleys, forest paths, and hiking trails all start directly from the property.

In summer, the mountain air provides a pleasant climate, while in autumn, the undergrowth bursts into warm colors and mushrooms begin to appear. Secluded, with a lovely view over a small valley, this place invites complete relaxation and a true escape to tranquility. Located on the Route des Lacs (Lakes Route), it is just 30 minutes from Castres (train station, airport) and 10 minutes from Brassac, where you will find all shops and services.

On the ground floor, a welcoming veranda houses a griddle, barbecue, deep fryer, and a large table seating 10 people. The living room features a TV area with home cinema, a CD player, and a full Canal+ subscription (rugby, movies, Seasons, Netflix, etc.). The dining room seats up to 12 people. A small lounge with a bar, a toilet, and a cloakroom complete this level. The fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Thermomix, traditional coffee maker, television) opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a second barbecue.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with double beds, two shower rooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms also have toilets.

For relaxation, you can enjoy a heated 11x5m swimming pool, secured by an electric cover and treated with salt. Sun loungers and a summer lounge complete this outdoor space.

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
