Located at an altitude of 620 meters in the Hautes Terres d'Oc region, this fully renovated village house offers a pleasant setting for exploring Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy and the treasures of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. Prized for its unspoiled environment, the area appeals to those who enjoy hiking, fishing in its first-category rivers, and walks in the forest.
The village has all the shops you need for your stay, as well as a wellness center and spa open year-round. Just a few minutes' walk away, the leisure center offers a water park, slides, treetop adventure courses, and summer activities for the whole family.
The 68 m² cottage is arranged over three levels.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a cloakroom/laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A staircase provides access to the upper floors.
On the first floor, the welcoming living area combines the lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. This space opens directly onto a pleasant 15 m² south-facing terrace. Also on this level is a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a bathroom with a large shower and separate WC.
On the second floor, under the eaves, is a spacious dormitory-style bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds and one 70x190cm extra bed.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. An outdoor 3 kW electric vehicle charging point is also available.
Gîte 35 is adjacent to Grand Hortensia (reference G1743). The two accommodations can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 18 people, an ideal solution for family gatherings or stays with friends.
