With 7 bedrooms (sleeps 15), this 260 m² holiday cottage (plus a 140 m² games and music room), situated at the heart of a 30-hectare estate in the heart of the countryside, is fully equipped for your comfort. It overlooks a large park with a relaxation and play area, a swimming pool and an orchard where you can pick seasonal fruit, as well as a 22-hectare woodland and a private lake where it is not uncommon to spot roe deer.
THE HOUSE
- a 55 m² living room comprising: a lounge area with a fireplace, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, and a dining area
- a new 25 m² kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer
- a 50m² dining room featuring storage space, a large table for convivial meals, and a wood-burning insert
- a utility room with a second fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer
- a large 140m² games/music room with table tennis, snooker, table football, a drum kit, a guitar…
- 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom (shower or bath) and 2 ‘dormitory-style rooms’. There are a total of 5 160-cm beds and 6 90-cm beds (all with new, high-quality bedding), as well as sofa beds. A total of 15 beds are available for your use.
