Every autumn, Brassac celebrates potatoes and the flavours of the mountains with the Patafolie, a festive and convivial food festival that has become a must-attend event in the Haut-Agout region.
Over the years, Patafolie has offered an ever-changing programme of activities: music, street performances, children’s workshops, scarecrow competitions and other original events. The traditional aligot and sausage meal, the real highlight of the day, offers a chance to rediscover the authentic flavours of the mountains. It’s a wonderful opportunity to discover local produce, meet local producers and enjoy a warm and festive day in the heart of Brassac.
